Returns and Refunds

 We hope you will love your Daisy & Bee purchase. Every order is personally quality checked before it leaves us and carefully packed to help it arrive safely.

If something is not right, please contact us at hello@daisyandbee.co.uk and we will do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly.

For standard online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Please contact us before returning anything. Items should be returned unused, in resaleable condition and carefully packaged. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have agreed otherwise.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label so we can look into this and help resolve the issue.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Personalised, bespoke or custom-made items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
