- Our standard delivery service is based on Royal Mail First Class and postage is automatically calculated according to the weight of your order.
- Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class mail on the next working day, although this is an aim rather than a guaranteed next-day service. Delivery times may occasionally vary, particularly during busy periods, bank holidays or adverse weather.

If you would like additional peace of mind, you can upgrade your delivery at checkout to:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – fully tracked delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature – tracked delivery with signature on arrival.

Packaging
- Greeting cards are individually wrapped for protection and dispatched in sturdy packaging to help them arrive in excellent condition.
- Larger orders are carefully packed using appropriate postal packaging for safe transit.
