These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Daisy & Bee website.

Daisy & Bee is the trading name of 5C Designs Ltd ("we", "us" or "our").

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

As many of our products are created from original artwork and professionally printed, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings and the printing process.

All sizes and dimensions are approximate.

3. Ordering

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Acceptance of your order takes place when your goods are dispatched.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a refund where appropriate.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices are correct at the time of publication but may be amended without prior notice.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely through our authorised payment providers during checkout.

We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly.

Our standard delivery service is based on Royal Mail First Class, with postage calculated automatically according to the weight of your order.

Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class mail on the next working day. This is an aim and not a guaranteed next-day service.

Customers may also upgrade delivery during checkout to:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature 

Orders of £35 or more qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weather, postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We hope you will love your Daisy & Bee purchase.

Every order is personally quality checked before leaving us and carefully packaged to help it arrive safely.

If something isn't quite right, please contact us first at hello@daisyandbee.co.uk and we will always do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

For standard online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Returned goods should be unused, in their original condition and carefully packaged.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or we have agreed otherwise.

If your order arrives damaged, we may ask you to provide photographs of:

the item; 

the packaging; 

the delivery label; 

before arranging a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Personalised, bespoke or custom-made items may only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, images, illustrations, product designs, logos, website content and text remain the intellectual property of 5C Designs Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

No part of this website or its contents may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, severe weather, industrial action or technical failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
